Delete your account & data

App: Stilla (com.stratadigital.stilla) · Developer: Strata Digital

Deleting your Stilla account permanently removes your cloud backup — your session history, streak, custom mixes, lesson progress, and settings stored online — together with your sign-in record (name, email, user id). It does not affect your Google account itself.

Option 1 — inside the app (instant)

  1. Open Stilla and go to the Settings screen.
  2. Scroll to Backup & Sync and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your cloud data and account record are deleted immediately, and the app returns to a local guest profile.

Option 2 — by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Stilla account” from the Google email address you used to sign in (so we can verify it's you). We will delete your account and confirm, normally within 7 days and at most within 30.

What is deleted: cloud-stored session history, streak, mixes, lesson progress, settings, and your authentication record (name, email, user id).

Retention after the request: primary records are removed immediately; residual copies in system backups expire within 30 days.

What is not deleted: data stored locally on your own phone — remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Deleting data without deleting the account

You can clear your practice history at any time inside the app (You tab → history) — while signed in, the deletion syncs to your backup as well. Signing out simply returns the phone to its guest profile without touching the backup.
