Delete your account and data

How to remove your CrunchCalcs account data, what is deleted, and what stays.

Most people do not have an account. CrunchCalcs works fully without signing in, and in that mode nothing is stored on our servers — so there is nothing for us to delete. To remove local data, simply uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android Settings.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open CrunchCalcs.
Go to More → Profile.
Make sure you are signed in with the account you want to remove.
Choose Delete account data.
Confirm when asked. For your security, Google may ask you to sign in again before the deletion is carried out.

The account’s stored data is then removed and you are returned to your local Guest profile.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the email address associated with the account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may need to verify that you control the address before proceeding. We aim to action verified requests within 30 days.

Deleting your Google account link

Deleting your data in CrunchCalcs does not delete your Google account. You can also remove CrunchCalcs’ access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page.

Retention

Once a deletion is carried out, the records above are removed from our live database. Residual copies may persist in routine encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
